We are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you in a timely and secure manner. To deliver your items, we use Bob Go, known for their reliable and efficient services that connects you to trusted courier companies and handles the communication and processes in between. 

Our standard shipping rate is R100 

Shipping Times:

Our standard shipping times are between 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive your tracking details and a link to where you can track your order via SMS/ Email. 

Please note that shipping times may vary slightly during busy periods and through sale periods, but we always strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. If you have any questions about your shipment, feel free to contact us!

PLEASE NOTE:

After your package has been handed over to our couriers, delivery is no longer within our control, and they will be responsible for ensuring your order reaches you. Goodnight Girlypop cannot be held liable for any delays or failure to deliver by the estimated date once your parcel is with the courier. If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (such as strikes), no refunds will be issued. Additionally, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels during transit.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. Goodnight Girlypop is not responsible for missing parcels due to incorrect address information provided at the time of order.
